Work is full on and I am tired... did I mention that


I need to work out how I just wish the douche I work with would just quit.... then I will at least know what I will be carrying

The Worker Bee Returns

Finally got away from work for 5 days last week.... it took 3 all nighters though to get all the reports I had to done though...

Thurday til Sun we stayed here, it was well worth the effort though got to chill out... bought a graphic novel and a book and vowed to plow through the 2 in 4 days... failed came close though

had a lazy day on monday and just chilled out... was awesome break best time away in a long time... few days of rain and drizzle forcing us to chill out in front of a fire... then when we where relaxed it came good with the weather...

Had ambitions of shooting a few rolls of film but it never came as there was nothing that inspired me that I would shoot in colour and I had run out of black and white.

But all good things end they say.

Tuesday, 8 am get to work am in a good mood, go to facilities office get my coffee cup and dump bag... then head off to the main building and off to my office... 15 steps into the building I am bailed up by 3 people with a need to tell me of all their issues that have occured in my absence....

Great that is awesome I think.... note there is no caffiene in the system at this stage also.

after they have said their piece... 2 more bail me up an inform me that we have had part of out asbestos roof cave in while someone was on the roof trying to break in over the weekend... as the asbestos nerd of work... I have to write another bguckin report about it...

Good Mood GONE

Gotta love coming back to work... new job too... for 10 cents more an hour with about 15 more hours work a week for free...

this shit better pay off in the end

Housing

We didnt get the one we wanted so it is back to square one... looks like the weekend is gonna be full of looking at some houses to live in...

Friend of mine and the lassie I work with is performing tonight in this and we are off to see her...

Should be a good night indeed... Little stress relief is in order I feel.

Back to Uni

First preference... Back to QUT I go, I might even like this course

Found out yesterday that the fella I am contract to replace for 6 months is likely to be coming back - So the word on the street says - but I am they are going to create a position here for me as the Facilities Project Manager - doesnt compare to Rach's Executive title though - so it looks like I am here for the long haul.

Performance evaluation coming up soon too... maybe I can push for a raise.

Now that the stress of my future unemployment is taken care of I can now go back to the stress of being homeless.

The place we are renting is undercontract at the moment and from what I overheard the future owners are not really looking to invest, talks of building in under house and internal stairs and the likes. MEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we are looking around - still - and we are still gonna share with Jess' olds

But there are a few ticks that have to be fulled

• Big enough yard for my little princess Cattle dog
• Not on a major road - Living on Rode Road bites arse
• Cant be too far out of town - public transport close
• Needs either a granny flat or two seperate living spaces
• Rent has to be under $500 a week
• 2 bathrooms

There are quite a few we are gonna look at this weekend one in Bracken Ridge on 1.5 acres with 6 beds and heaps of room for all of us.
