Pissed Off Much???

Got home on the weekend and as I pull off the mainroad I catch a sign on the front fence out of the corner of my eye...

Go have a look and its a For Sale sign...

What tops it off is that on Wednesday I had a rental inspection... and then all of a sudden the owners ring up on Thursday and decide to sell it ( I may be an idiot but dont treat me as such)

Its not my house and the owners are quite within their rights to sell it, I don't care. But the Real Estate they could have had the decency to tell us before the sign went up...

So Fuck it all I am now gonna buy but thanks to my contract at work ending in August and me owning a house from my previous marriage I am no help to the loan application

Whch I signed over to "HER" to get some closure from the whole thing...

A move incidently I kick myself for often seeing that it tripled in price 1 year following after all the work I put into the bloody thing...

So Sat night have a "Family Meeting" ... the inlaws and the MRS and I are pooling our cash and are buying together...

You can't say I am not committed now...


So Sunday I am off to have a look at a place in Samford.
